I have only just started using the Radiance Pod so it's a little early to comment on results, however I had a problem (sensitive skin) with the Innocera solution provided with the Pod. I contacted Pure Tone and had a response within a couple of hours. They kindly sent me the Radiance Ampoule by way of replacement and it arrived within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.
