The Concierge Patient Launch Programme is designed to help qualifying clinics generate early patient demand when introducing a new treatment category. Our concierge team supports clinics with targeted advertising, lead generation, patient follow-up, suitability discussions and appointment booking directly into the clinic diary.

For qualifying clinics, our Concierge Patient Launch Programme is designed to deliver a minimum of 20 qualified patient appointments within the first 60 days. This includes targeted patient acquisition campaigns, lead follow-up, contraindication screening and appointment booking support.

Yes. Our concierge team discusses suitability, treatment interest and contraindications with potential patients before appointments are booked into the clinic diary.

Clinics with an established patient base or existing marketing infrastructure may choose the £2,000 Clinic Growth Contribution instead of the Concierge Patient Launch Programme. This can be used towards launch events, advertising, patient awareness campaigns or other clinic growth initiatives.
