Practitioner experience
Why Practitioner Experience Matters
Specifications tell clinics what a treatment platform can do technically. Independent practitioner experience provides a different perspective: what the machine is like to use day to day, how patients respond to the treatment experience and how well the technology integrates into a working clinic.
The review below was written by Joolia Gilvey, Nurse Prescriber and owner of The Clinic, Norwich, based on her own professional experience using Supramax with patients.
Her substantive review is reproduced below in her own words.

By Joolia Gilvey Nurse Prescriber and Owner of The Clinic, Norwich
As a healthcare professional and clinic owner, I am always seeking innovative, evidence-based treatments that offer my patients real, lasting results. The Supramax Pelvic Floor Chair , supplied by Puretone Aesthetics, has been a truly outstanding addition to our practice. It has not only enhanced our treatment portfolio but has also significantly improved the quality of life for many of our patients.
The Supramax chair delivers high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) therapy, offering a non-invasive solution for pelvic floor strengthening. From the very first treatment, patients are impressed by the comfort and dignity of the treatment, and the results speak for themselves. We've seen substantial improvements in conditions such as stress urinary incontinence, postnatal pelvic floor weakness, and intimate wellness – all without downtime or discomfort.
What sets the Supramax apart is its combination of FDA approval, clinical efficacy and ease of use. As a busy clinic, we appreciate how seamlessly it fits into our treatment schedules, and how user-friendly the system is for both practitioners and patients. The build quality is exceptional, and the technology is both safe and scientifically sound.
Puretone Aesthetics has provided outstanding support, from training through to ongoing aftercare. Their professionalism and dedication to excellence mirror our own values, making them a trusted partner in our service delivery.
I would confidently recommend the Supramax Pelvic Floor Chair to any clinic looking to elevate their pelvic health and wellness offerings. It delivers transformative results, reinforces patient trust, and truly represents the future of non-invasive pelvic floor therapy.

Pure Tone Perspective
Professional Experience Adds Another Layer of Evidence
Patient case studies tell us what happened during specific treatment programmes. A practitioner review provides a different perspective: what the technology is actually like to introduce, operate and use with patients in a working clinic.
Joolia's experience adds that professional viewpoint to the independent Supramax evidence already documented elsewhere in this pelvic floor resource centre.
Combined with the independent patient cases, detailed technology information and clinic buyer's guide, it gives clinics several different ways to assess whether Supramax is appropriate for their treatment offering.
