Cruelty-Free & Vegan Skincare
Our current skincare range is vegan, uses non-animal-derived ingredients and is developed without animal testing.
We believe high-performance skincare should combine advanced formulation with responsible sourcing, clear ingredient information and complete transparency about the products you use.
Our approach
Ethical Skincare Without Compromising Performance
The ingredients we choose and the way our products are developed matter alongside how those products perform on the skin.
At Pure Tone Aesthetics, we aim to make considered choices about ingredient sourcing, formulation and manufacturing while giving customers clear information about what is inside each product.
Our current skincare range is vegan and uses non-animal-derived ingredients. This includes our polynucleotide skincare, which uses plant-derived ginseng PDRN rather than salmon or other animal-derived PDRN.
As the range develops, we will continue to prioritise vegan formulations wherever possible and clearly identify any future product that does not meet that standard.
Cruelty-free commitment
No Animal Testing
Pure Tone Aesthetics cosmetic products are developed without animal testing.
We do not conduct or commission animal testing on our cosmetic products. We also work with established manufacturing and ingredient partners and expect the materials supplied for our formulations to meet the standards required for the markets in which our skincare is sold.
Our skincare is developed and manufactured in line with the regulatory requirements that apply to the markets in which it is available, including the UK.
We are also working towards independent cruelty-free certification to provide additional third-party verification of our approach.
Ingredient origins
Vegan Skincare & Plant-Derived PDRN
Our current skincare formulations use non-animal-derived ingredients, including the PDRN used within our polynucleotide range.
Polynucleotides are often associated with salmon-derived PDRN. For our current skincare range, we chose a different approach.
Our polynucleotide formulations use ginseng-derived PDRN, together with non-animal-derived ingredients across the wider formulas.
This allows the current Pure Tone Aesthetics skincare range to remain vegan while still incorporating the advanced ingredient technology around which the products were developed.

Our current polynucleotide skincare uses ginseng-derived PDRN rather than salmon-derived PDRN.

If we introduce a future formulation containing an animal or marine-derived ingredient, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page rather than hidden behind a broad range-wide claim.
